My name is Monika shukla. I am an artist by profession. I am a self taught artist . Embracing art as a transformative vehicle I embarked on a poignant journey to overcome CKD. In the face of health challenges, my artistic exploration become a therapeutic escape and self expression. Amidst medical appointments and treatment protocols I discovered the solace of a canvas. 

CKD brought a new perspective to my art, an acceptance of imperfections. Creating art become a therapeutic ritual, as CKD imposed physical limitations , my art evolved to embrace these constraints. 

Through my creations I aim to raise awareness about the therapeutic benefits of art in managing chronic illnesses, inspiring others to explore these artistic inclinations looking ahead I envision a continued fusion of health and art advocacy through exhibitions, collaborations and community engagements. 

I aspire to carve a path where creativity becomes a healing force for those facing health challenges. My journey as an artist amidst CKD is an ongoing narrative of courage, resilience and boundless potential of the human spirit.
